Recruitment Manager Tunisia

She has 10 years of experience in recruitment and human resources development in different multinational companies. She started her career at the recruiting company Adecco and then joined the Human Resources department at Valeo – a French automotive supplier with more than 1500 employees in Tunisia.

Before joining FMC Group, she worked at Société Générale in Tunisia, a private sector bank belonging to a European financial services group. She also worked at Honeywell, an American multi-industry group, where she participated in the implementation of HR Processes and Procedures as well as in HR projects in the North Africa region.

Imen holds a Master’s Degree in Social and Labor Psychology. She studied in Tunisia as well as in France. She speaks English, French and Arabic fluently.
